Two form versions are provided in the download package for diverse implementations.

Unlike other forms, these use CSS3 to style the form's UI, enriching its look with cool effects.

The difference between this form and other similar forms is that all messages sent through it are not sent via email to an admin, but stored inside a MySQL database.

This data can then be sent to a backend or an admin panel so authorized users can view it, without needing to set up email forwarders, aliases or mailing-lists to share a contact email.
